Our system attempts to email all customers a copy of their transaction receipt. If you made your purchase on ebay or bagsonair.com, please check the email address associated with your PayPal account & print out a copy of that invoice. Alternatively, you can write your invoice # on your return package or on the label. This will greatly increase the processing speed for returns & refunds because our facility deals with thousands of packages. Identifiers are crucial!

Because of the cost of shipping & payment processing fees, we must charge a 15% restocking fee on shipped returns to cover costs. We cannot refund shipping costs. If you visit our facility and return it directly, we will charge only a 10% restocking fee. However, if a mistake (sent you the wrong item) is made on our side, the fee is waived completely for all customers & we'll even refund the shipping!
